Hi, I’m Dinah

It’s so lovely to have you here. If you’ve found your way to this space, you may be ready for a change—more peace, more clarity, more connection to yourself.

I help people reconnect with their well-being through Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and practical wellness support. My approach is gentle, grounded, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

My passion comes from personal experience. From raising a family to navigating the demands of high-stress corporate life, I understand how easy it is to lose touch with your own needs. My work is rooted in creating space to pause, reset, and return to what feels true.

Through one-to-one sessions, group and corporate experiences, and bespoke wellness offerings, I support individuals and organizations in finding balance, restoring their energy, and cultivating more ease in everyday life.

What it feels like to work together

At High Ki Living, wellness is not about striving to become someone new. It is about remembering the wisdom, strength, and peace that already live within you—and creating the space to return to them.

Life can become full very quickly. We hold responsibilities, expectations, family needs, work pressures, and the quiet weight of everything we are trying to manage. Over time, it can feel difficult to hear ourselves clearly. We may feel disconnected from our bodies, our emotions, our intuition, or the simple things that help us feel grounded and alive.

My work is an invitation to pause.

Through Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and supportive wellness practices, I create a calm and welcoming space for you to slow down, settle into the present moment, and reconnect with what you need most. Each session is unique because every person arrives with a different story, energy, intention, and season of life.

Some simply want to feel more connected to themselves and create a more intentional rhythm in their daily lives. There is no right reason to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive—you only need a willingness to make space for yourself.

Some people come looking for deep rest. Some are moving through stress, change, or emotional heaviness.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded. I believe that meaningful transformation does not always have to be dramatic. Sometimes it begins with one quiet hour, one intentional breath, one moment of stillness, or one decision to place your own well-being back on the list.
